After having had our van in for service for almost 2 weeks - and had some issues along the way. I was very pleased with how Kevin Betencourt handled our issues - listened to our story and concerns and helped to chose the best course of action- Brian Woods and Kevin did an excellent job at communicating to us the status of the car and what work was being done- when I picked my car up they even went as far as to wash and clean the inside and outside. I appreciated their gesture!
