After the maintenance some clips were not attached /missing from bottom hood of my toyota prius and the bottom part was fell on the ground and making noise while driving . We never saw this before, it is a new car (1 year old) . The maintenance people should properly fix all the parts before giving it to the customers.

Argued with me and I told him I don't want to see recommended throttle body/fuel injection on form but it was there. He got upset when I told him not to rotate tired because we got them at Costco. I don't want to void any warranties. All I want is a hassle free experience and get the service we prepaid for. Nothing extra. I don't need to have services continually pushed. We have already gave the dealership a lot of money and I don't appreciate being extorted for more
