Walter is great as always, he is very attentive and pleasant.
Though arrival & dismissal of my appt. seemed disorganized & hectic. No one ever greeted me there was also a set back in receiving my car at the end of check out process . It was a bit frustrating for myself and most of the other customers I interacted with as well.
