Raymond was great in handling the service, BUT has not been able to root cause why my OIL and COOLANT run low faster than normal. We constantly put in coolant and the RED OIL light has come on. Since these were NOT evident at the time of service, they couldn't do anything. 2nd time in, very frustrating. I wish Toyota would just conduct the service of the known issue which will run out for this vehicle this DECEMBER 2017

Raymond was awesome with his customer service, but I was charged for a tire rotation that did NOT happen. I came for an oil change, tire rotation and to check my right rear tire. Toyota can't repair the nail found due to tread. I get it fixed at an outside place, assuming my tires were rotated by Toyota, the tire should have been found in the front two, nope it was found in the original right passenger side. I call Toyota to find out why I was charged if my tires were not rotated and was told to come back on a day Raymond worked so he could help me since he was aware of my service. I came in today Sunday 9.10.17, to get this resolved. Raymond personally viewed the rotation of my tires and offered me a credit towards my next service. I've not only wasted my time and am now hesitant to bring my vehicle as well as my families cars to piercy Toyota. How do I know that the work is being done as charged? Personally, it will be difficult to trust services as charged.
