I was pleased that Dexter could squeeze me in on short notice for service today. He was very friendly & helpful. I came for an oil change but he included tire rotation and inspection of one that leaked. He also suggested brake fluid replacement & throttle service. He also had the mechanic check suspension and other safety factors. I appreciated his concern for me & my Solara. In short, he met & surpassed the service standard that I expect from Piercey. I was in & out in 2 hours. My car & I are happy.

Jasvir Singh, was exceptional! He well exceeded my needs, and was exceptionally thorough in his customer service, with me and my service needs. I so appreciate all that he did. I was there several hours, and I am not complaining for that time, and all of the work done on my 2010 Prius. I've had my car serviced at Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto, and Capital Toyota of San Jose. Although because of Jasvir's thoroughness I cane to realize that the work done previously at the other two dealership Service Departments, that there were items that should have been completed over the last 7 years at the Palo Alto & San Jose dealerships, that were never done, and I was lead to believe that it had been! ???? The experience was very good but one detail was over looked. On the check off list it said they checked the floor mats to see if they were secured. They were not which means they checked it off but didn't actually do it.
