I went in for paint sealant and fabric protection. The hood of my car was scratched during application & the protectant on plastic trim is splotchy, the tech missed spots on external trim and in interior door handle area, treatment isn't even on the seats. Jason documented paint scratch problems and will arrange for repairs. He was courteous and took ownership of the issue.

I was surprised that it wasn't washed, but maybe that's not standard at this particular dealership. I would really prefer the mechanics not leave dirty/greasy hand prints on the paint of the hood or door handles. I would also prefer if they could not adjust the driver's seat unless absolutely necessary to reach the gas and brake. The service advisor was friendly and professional.

To whom it may concern, I'm not satisfied with Toyota's job done. all of my truck sit belts were dirty, and the floor too. It looks that they did not take the time to do a well job. also the floors's mats were dirty with the plastic they took from the inside art of the sit belts. My front's floor mats were at the back. They returned my truck dirty. I'm unsatisfied.
