99% satisfied. Always friendly, prompt, organized and clean. Lots of procedural details/rules we're trying to get established so it's even easier when we come in again. Example: Confused about rental car provision. Would have taken shuttle if we had known the free rental is provide when the car is in overnight. She waived it for us and we will know for next time. Consider that minor and we're learning.

I had an appointment at 11:30 am and waited for a total 4 hours. I checked back with Sam but I noticed that he was busy with other customers so I went to another Consultant (Miguel?) to ask if my vehicle was finished? He refused to help me and told me to check with my consultant Sam even though Sam was busy with customers at the time. I told Miguel that Sam is busy but he just told me to wait for Sam and walked away. I waited for another 30 minutes outside and another technician offered to help me. He went to check for my car and told me that it was probably already done and suggested that I go check with the Cashier. I checked with the cashier and it was indeed ready and finished. The same technician helped pulled up my car and had it ready for me by the door. Thank you so much for all your help. I had really terrible allergy that day and just wanted to go home. I didn't get his name but he is Asian, young, slim body type, wore red uniforms. Thank you for your great customer service. I asked him for the other Consultant's name (the one that refused to help me) and he told me the guy name was Miguel. By the way, the maintenance reminder sticker on my car was not replaced with a new one. Somewhat disappointed!
