I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Piercey Toyota, especially with Jason Martinez. I have been to piercey a number of times regarding the same issue, which was a broken tail light. Jason was the only one who followed through and diagnosed the issue correctly and completely. The issue was electrical and not just a simple bulb replacement like the other service writers suggested. Jason made sure my issue was resolved and constantly updated me on the status. He was upfront with me on the diagnosis and gave me a realistic time frame on when my vehicle would be ready to be picked up. The next time I schedule an appointment with piercey I know who's name to select from the drop down menu. I would gladly recommend Jason Martinez to my friends and family who need service at Piercey Toyota.

It was a real last-minute surprise for us to learn that there was a charge on the tire balancing when we were picking up the car this evening.
When we bought the new set of tires back in March, the rep tried really hard to convince us by saying that "all coverage and services offered by Costco and American Tires will be matched", and your price would beat theirs. Since lifetime tire spin balancing is something always included in the total price at Costco and American Tires, we decided to by at your shop. Today we were told that tire balancing was NEVER included in your tire sales package, this means there was a gap between what the rep told us and the reality. Even if this was a legitimate charge, it was not mentioned verbally or printed on the estimate when we dropped the car off - another reason why we were so surprised, despite eventually the charge was waived.
Do we need to pay for tire balancing in future services?
