Fui especificamente a que le cambiaran los brazos de las llantas delanteras porque truenan al dar vuelta y se que tienen que ser cambiados pues ya no sirven!. Y solo le apretaron unas tuercas le cambiaron el filtro del aire y le pusieron aire a las llantas y fue todo porque dicen que no hay nada quebrado y que esta todo bien. Pero al llegar a mi casa y dar la vuelta volvieron a tronar los brazos.

Nothing wrong with Hong who helped me but the overall workflow has gone down hill since my last visit. Pierce has become much more inefficient. I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes before being helped despite being early AND having an appointment.
Also, my car was returned with sticky steering wheel as well as having dirt on it.
I've been taking my car to Pierce for maintenance for awhile and have had no problem before. Today was a very disappointing experience...
