The service took much too long to complete. I was waiting for 3 hours to complete a basic service. Even the scheduled time to complete of 2:15-2:30 is much too long to need to do the minimal amount of service, and I get the strong impression that the service department has scheduled that much time for the convenience and cost-effectiveness of its service crew, at the expense of the customer. To truly provide top customer service, you must be able to complete a basic service in under an hour. Thanks and best.
