Chris is amazing. I have been driving 30+ mins just to get service with peircy because of him. Interesting to note I live in South San jose so I drive PAST Capitol Toyota for the privilege of working with Chris Abernathy.
Really stand up guy. Very trustworthy.

A/C vent developed ratting noise after service, and I have to bring it back and wait 2 hours to have take care this morning. Not very pleased at all! Technician need to check for all abnormal noise before release vehicle so customer doesn't have to make another trip back to the dealership.
Service specialist was excellent. Very please with his services.
Got charged $300 plus for injection and throttle cleaning, which was done in less than half hour. What a rip off!

My husband brought the car in for 35K mile service w/ an appt. @ 10am.. After more than 2hrs, my husband went out of the showroom & saw the car parked on the side of the building. It was passed 1pm.Not where they usually park it after servicing. So he went to see the service advisor & he claimed that he called my husband.My husband approached him once ( this is after 2hrs.) but said he wasn't calling him but another customer. My husband didn't get a call or a text
message at all on his phone. did he give my husband a hard time because he declined the services he suggested?

Everything was excellent (staff friendliness, facility cleanliness, and waiting area amenities, etc). Only issue was the time frame for for simple service. Made an appointment for a tire rotation/multi-point inspection and it took a little over two hours for the work to be completed. Seems a bit long for those 2 services to be completed.
