Service technician was good, did everything on time. Was polite and responsive to my questions.
But I'm extremely disappointed with the Toyota service itself. I've got my tire replaced through tire insurance. I payed near $800 for my tire insurance coverage. I was not informed that I would not get a new tire through this service. In fact I was told i'll get brand new tire on puncture. Not a used tire which can again quickly warn out. Tires can lead to serious accidents, you're giving your customer who paid extra used tires? I've called your service desk, left a voice mail about this claim. it's been full 24 hours and haven't got any callback. Is this the quality of service Toyota provides these days?
