I waited too long, estimated time for service was 1.5 hour, I waited almost 3 hours, still no one updated me, couldn't find Philip. I had to go up to anyone to ask about my car and saw my car was already brought out in the lane. Waited for someone to print statement to pay some time longer, only to find out the promised 10% off for brake work not given. Went back to ask for the discount, since it's not noted by Philip, I was embarrassed. Very bad experience with piercy Toyota - this was the second time. Last time I didn't complain because I had good services before. If I'd known the quality of service would decline more, I would have thought of using another one.

When I dropped off my car I was promptly and courteously greeted and given a clear and reasonable overview of what was to be done. One repair required an estimate. I received a call in the early afternoon informing me of the required repair and the cost. The repair was completed in a timely manner and I was informed as soon as it was ready. I was surprised also to receive a video taken by the mechanic showing me what they saw while looking at my car. No ugly surprises, just interesting and informative. Maybe it was just the novelty of it but I liked seeing it and hearing what the mechanic thought.
