To whom it may concerns it's regarding with the appointment section at your site., please double check or try to book using the smart phone., on my experience I can't be able to book an appointment I'm using IPhone 7 plus or may be it's just few glitch on the day that I try to book... the barcode is working when I scan the reminder mail... but when I reach the site dates it's become the problem even there's available slot.,, I think...

I am disappointed. I came to Piercey because I trusted the brand. I have been a customer for over a decade. Off late, every time I walk in I find the service managers trying to extract more money out of my pocket. Today was particularly bad. I felt that there is lot of pressure on the service manager to "sell". I understand the business circumstances may be hard in the Bay Area and was initially just playing along. It was horrendous that they attempted to charge me $1500 for my 4 year old van service. My trust has been shattered and the visit left a bad taste. I understand it may not matter to Piercey if they lose one customer. You guys are overbooked anyway. Still, I just wanted to convey my disappointment.
