I came in for 5K service. It was supposed to be finished in 2 hours. I asked to be finished by 12noon ( that is 3.5 hours) And dexter promised to have it finished by 1pm. (That is 4.5 hours). I didn't hear anything from dexter by 2pm and I had to call him. He said the car is ready. And if I don't call, I don't know when he will ever call.

The following 2 service items were done on the car for 30K mile service in addition to other service items: 1.Throttle Body Service 2.Fuel Induction Service On reading the car manual after getting back home I do NOT see these items to be serviced at 30K mark. Secondly, one can make a call on servicing these items only and only after they have actually taken a peek at the parts to see if they are dirty. I don't know how was the Advisor able to see it when he was at his desk talking to me and the car was just outside without someone inspecting it. I have been getting my car serviced at this location from the get go and had build a relationship,a faith with Piercey Toyota that the service Advisor cared about the customer and were honest and gave the right recommendation about what needs to be serviced. But from yesterday's experience I guess if someone is not ready with their research on what needs to be done, they cannot just simply rely on the Advisor's word anymore. This was still a minor thing, what if the next time I come and the Advisor says it going to cost you $3-4K and the service IS needed. How would I know its true? I'm highly unsatisfied with this experience and would think twice if I would want to come in here the next time but do really hope it doesn't come to that. Thanks, Rahul K

Hong ly is a very professional services advisor. She is following up with me to let me know the status of my car all the time. None of the Toyota dealership in northern California that i have this kind of have experience. I love the fact that piercey toyota video when they service my car. That's so awesome. Keep it up piercey you will have tons be back customer for service and sales.

I came in for my 20k mile checkup. My Prius had it's wheels aligned without my approval. Raymond told me it would be an extra charge if it was out of line. But I was never told it needed alignment or whether I wanted the service.

If the service invoice days a Multi-point inspection will be done, it should be completed before the service advisor tells me I can go to the cashier to get my car. It had not been done. I spoke to Kevin Bettencourt who requested it after the other work was completed and I had already paid the cashier. This caused me to wait another 45 minutes. Not acceptable!
