I had to purchase a $400+ wheel alignment subscription which I don't want. The advisor didn't give me sufficient information it. Actually, I thought it is offered as a complimentary package. I would like to receive a full refund of this if possible :(.

When I bought this policy the manager at Toyota town in Stockton say that I will get in oil change and full-service every 50,000 mile but what I found out today that your guy only change oil at 10,000 mile then I don't know why I bought this policy for?
