On September 10th I brought my prius for service because there was a noise coming from the wheel well so the part that they needed was not available I was told the part will be available in several days and they would call me when it's ready but I never received a call. Its been over a week so I called and the person transferred me to service then that person transfer to parts, then he transferred me back to service! The phone was ringing but nobody was picking up the phone.When someone finally picked up the phone, he could not hear me but I could hear him.

An unexpected problem occurred with my car. I called for an appointment Monday morning and expected to have to wait a few days but Chris got me in the same day, and made sure I had a complementary day's car rental to get around while my car was being fixed. Later in the day after the problem was diagnosed, I received a prompt and reasonable cost estimate. The first thing in the morning my car was repaired and ready at the estimated cost. I was able to pick it up before noon and I was on my way. If I need to have an unexpected car repair, this is how I like it to be handled.
