Advisor was a nice guy but felt he was not helpful in helping me rectify my extended warranty question. In short, I won't be coming back to Piercey for any of my service needs. He knew for a fact that if I had bought the extended warranty from another dealer then I must take my car to that specific dealership to get it fulfilled. However, he didn't seem to care about that because he was eager to sell me a 30,000 mi major maintenance services package. So in essence, I have been duped into thinking that the extended warranty does not cover all of my "major" services. I initially came in to have a simple oil change, but ended up paying $133 for other drawn out services. I understand completely you guys don't make any money from just a simple oil change per appointment, but at least have a slight conscience in helping a customer out by explaining a little about what might the extended warranty covers and when it will be effective. But your advisor doesn't get pay for being honest, right? Right, so no honest...no more business from me.
