Our today's service is fast and efficient. I came for an appointment of synthetic oil change, and I in and out in 1 hour and 10 mins, comparing more than 3 hours same service last time. Brian is very professional and helpful. He recommended very useful recommendations but didn't push for the service, and earned my trust. The service was fine. However, it was next to impossible to contact the service department. I got texts and a call that i missed. Then no one responded to my texts, and all i got was voicemail when i called. I even got hung up on immediately after being answered. No.one called me back. I eventually got through after trying many times
