Mr. Chris Abernathy was my service advisor. As always, he did a superb job of working with both my insurance and service technicians. He ensured that the technicians ran an exhaustive set of tests to isolate the cause of the breakdown and confirm that there was not any additional problem. My representative didn't remember who i was when i showed up to pick up my car. When my representative called to tell me my car was ready; i told him i needed a shuttle to pick me up. He told me they would call me when they were outside waiting for me. I waited a little over an hour, decided to call Piercey and ask for the status of the shuttle; i was told there was no shuttle headed in my way. Definitely not as good as other visits.
