Not being informative. Very passive when question asked for if possible maintenance services needed. When the inspection shows immediate services needed, he wouldn't alert the customer. When I went back to ask he showed careless attitude, told me to read it myself. Unless the previous experience the rep were very informative for everything that customer needed.

Todd was amazing, but purchasing a brand new XLE Toyota Camry Hybrid that doesn’t have the premium sound system with the ability to connect Sirius and doesn’t even have a $&@! GPS so the car knows it’s location, is a huge disappointment! I feel I should have been informed of this fact before spending nearly $40,000 :(
