The video clip that the technician sends is a very good thing Piercey does. Shows honesty. Phillip kudelka was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He is also very knowledgeable and answered a couple of questions that I had about the car. I am having a slight issue with the newly replaced brake pads. I'll email him tomorrow. I'm sure he will respond with good advice. And I will be happy to complete the survey when I get it tomorrow.

about the dealership only: please turn down the music it is so loud i wear earplugs when waiting so i dont go crazy. waiting is ok but its too loud there
