I made an appointment for oil change the Friday or Saturday before . Brought in them car the night before and requested it to be done by 10:00 am. Car was not ready until 12:00 pm after I called and complained! . I had to cancel one of my other appointments and change another. Very stressful day! Made an advanced appointment to bring in my car at noon, through the piercy website. Three hours later, I am out the door with only a simple oil change. I asked for an estimate, was quoted two hours, the day before I was quoted 1.5 hours.If it was not for the free two year service, I would not come back her again.
