Hong was amazing! She is incredibly helpful, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with! Piercey Toyota is so lucky to have her! I continue to go back to Piercey even though I have moved out of the area because of the service provided by people like Hong!

Our choice to go to Piercey Toyota rather than the other service center near our home in Livermore is because of the exceptional customer service. Brian provides to us. Piercey toyota is very fortunate to have him on board.

I was completely satisfied by the service provided by Brian. I always try to look for him when I bring my cars for service. I was not satisfied with the folks that were responsible for bringing my car out when I picked up my car. I paid my bill at 4:35 and got my car at 5:05. It took me 30 minutes waiting to get my car while some folks that came out after me, got their cars quickly by the time they got out. 4 of the employees asked me for my car number and some of them even multiple times but it took them 30 minutes. Customers picking up the cars should come out by order but the folks outside are not tracking the numbers. Someone should be managing the numbers being called out by the cashier or if someone is responsible for this, then that person was not doing his job. One of the employees outside also answered me back that I was not the only one waiting, which I do not think was a valid excuse for me to be waiting for 30 minutes.

There was a guy ( not Jasvir Singh). He was very rude and pushing for services that is not immediately required. I found overall the dealership push for more services that are not required. I will probably not come back again. Unless someone convince me otherwise.
