I had an appointment at 12 pm today and my wife and two kidsI brought the car in at 12, it took your guys 2 hours to actually check on what is wrong with the car. I then get a call from my rep saying that the car will be ready in 30 mins. The time was about 2:26 pm when he called. My wife and two kids waited for an additional hour and a half before they realized that my wife was still waiting and the car Has been done a while ago. This is the first bad experience I have with the service since I received the vehicle. Make sure this does not happen again.
