1) Since I initially was looking to buy a new car, so wanted to sell car as is, it would have been nice to have been informed about problems and cost of needed struts and shocks - a condition that pre-existed the purchase of the remanufactured engine;
2) would have helped in decision to buy new car if I was given vehicle vin history list of parts not ever yet replaced on vehicle that will be needing d to be replaced...more costs that are predictable; only was given vehicle list after engine light came on a week later due to catalytic converter going out. Cant sell car for enough money to recoup my loses and have the money to buy that I had before this experience.
3) When I asked service person Reza if he could round the cost of service (engine and headlight cleaning) to an even $3500 rather than $3510, he refused over the phone and instead crossed out the $3500 price already written on paperwork and had handwritten in $10 MORE. Armed with these facts, what would you feel as a customer?

I am not happy with the alignment price When we needed to changed 4 tires at Pierce Toyota on 10/21/2017, It wa $129.95. I thought it’s included in the price with the tires. I mentioned to the service rep that I could get the alignment for about $60 other places. So he gave 10% off from $129.95. I was still not happy with the price, but I was there already, so just accepted it. Now I know I should never come back there to do any services. They are always more expensive than others places.
