The service advisor was very rude at the end of the Day, I don't know if he wast tire or what but I ask him kindly to validate a cupon that I found for the Aliment tjat was performed on my Toyota Prius and he no , then I went over to pick up the paper work and pay for the service and the cashier told me that he was able to do it, so I went back to him and ask him to validate the cupo and he again said NO, I whent back to the cashier and she was trying to help in any way she could and she called the advisor and he also told her NO . But I definitely notice the advisors rudeness from the beginning of the transaction. ......

Today’s visit was very dissappointing and to be honest very hurtful to a customer who has been loyal to Piercey Toyota and who has brought your company more business by our recommendations.
As if the very very long wait beyond what was mentioned to expect, the misquoted price we were given for the cost of the service today seemed not enough to upset me but the fact that we almost lost our car was too much. When the car was brought out after the tires were dhanged, the guy who drove it left the engine running with the key inside the cupholder. Anybody could have just driven off with our car. It took another 30 minutes to pay the bill because of the long line and I am sure that the car was brought out before I paid the bill. I complained about this but I was not satisfied with the response that I received and made me leave more upset.
