Kevin cares , respects customers. I had 2:00 pm appointment but I dropped the key with Kevin and left to airport due to some urgent issue. He took care of the service. Got the recall work done.
I am a long time customer and one of my reasons to come to Pierce Toyota is Kevin's caring attitude towards customers.
