Mr. Dominguez sent my a video of the inspection and recommendations by the technician Mr. Contreras. The experience was remarkable. It educated me as to what happens behind the scene. There is an honest day’s work, knowledge, professionalism and sheer transparency. Putting cost aside, I would definitely opt for all the recommendations now that I gained insights to the problem. I felt the service took to Long. I drop my car off at 145. The paper said I would get the car by 345. I was finally called at 410 that the car is ready. I was hoping I would only wait one hour and 30 mins or less, but waited more than 2 hours. Hopefully the service can be quicker. Thank you

Satisfied with service, but disappointed with notification. My husband waited two extra hours because they called my cell when they write that he was waiting on the paperwork. I do not check my phone when I'm at work. It's against work policy. Please have staff review notes to make sure the right form of notification is used. Sometimes the standard procedure works, but in this case it didn't.

We had a 2:30 appt. We were the 3rd of 7 cars. We arrived at 2:15. We did not speak to a service rep. until I complained and threatened to complain to the supervisor. That was at 2:50 or so. Someone came out and they serviced us ahead of the 2 cars that were there before us. All because I complained and they did not. The entire time we were waiting not one person was helped by the customer service personnel. Once we were helped everything went very well. We are very disappointed at the exicusion of, what is I believe to be, an excellent auto maintenance process. Please do not punish the employees and find a way to fix this bottleneck. Regards...
