Ever since my service/tuneup, my steering wheel rumbles and shakes pretty badly. This mostly is noticed when I am on highway, starting at around 55 mph. I gave it a little time to see if it improved, but it's the same. My back seats (mostly the passenger side) shake a little when at highway speeds as well.

The person at the desk who was helping me was awesome , from 0 to 10 I'll give him a ten .
Wish I could say the same about your mechanical engineer, I 1st went there 3 weeks ago with my check engine light and paid over 160$ check what was wrong with my pick up and supposedly the problem was the new muffler I had installed, but when I went to get a 2nd opinion that cost me 150$ paperwork was printed out for me explaining the problem that kept turning on my check engine light , and I took that paperwork to to toyota that only then realized that they had screwed up on the 1st and 2nd diagnosis on my check engine light .
I go to toyota trusting that their mechanics will know what is wrong with my vehicles since I have purchased a tundra a highlander a camry and a corolla at this same location , and instead I have to take my Tundra to someone who owns a small mechanic shop , in my opinion that is ridiculous .
But again the person at the desk "Jazz" went above and beyond for but cant say the same about your mechanical engineer.
