Hong did a great job. The technician wrote an insultingly simplistic comment in response to an issue I asked him to investigate.

Raymond was very helpful in getting a rental car for me in case the work required time overnight. Fortunately the work was fairly straightforward and I returned it the same day but I really appreciated the effort.

I do all my service at Piercey. I get discount offers all the time in email or snail mail. Plus they are available online. I've been very busy, and I didn't happen to bring any with me. The service guy could have recognized from my history that I am a loyal customer, and given me some kind of small discount. The service also went longer than projected, I was satisfied in general, but I could not say I was totally satisfied.

As always, fast professional service that I can always trust from Service Manager Kevin Bettencourt.

Brian was patient, professional, and knowledgeable in providing exceptional service and support to help resolve my car issues.

The service advisor was terrible, he did not care about the service he was providing at all. First of all, it took forever for the service advisors to service me as I pulled into the service drive in the appointment line.. I asked questions about the type of oil being used on my car, and if I could collect some of my old oil from my car. He did not answer the question about the oil, until I asked him multiple times, and he did not help at all with helping me find something to put the oil in. He told me to put it in a coffee cup, I said it'll seep through, is there a plastic cup I could use anywhere? He did not answer my question, did not care to answer my question, so I had to ask another service advisor. The other service advisor gladly answered all of my questions and helped me by telling me to purchase a water bottle from the vending machine for a plastic bottle. Gonzalez was a terrible advisor, did not care at all.. on top of that, he said that I will be the one collecting the oil from the car, and not asking the mechanics. His attitude was terrible and seemed like he didnt want to be there. This is my first time coming to this dealership for service, this is also my last time. I am new from Texas... All of the Toyota dealerships are much much better than Piercey toyota at giving customer service, and basic courtesy and manners.

Yes i was satisfied with the expertise of Rezas work. Je went above and beyond. He showed me what needed to ne done on my truck.It would cost too much to do all work. Je told me that their was a payment plan you can do if you qualified. That helped me out tremendously. Also mentioned other important information. I wasn't aware. Thank you very much Reza without that inside info. My truck would've only got an oil change. Antonio P
