I was so disappointed with the way Mr. Khan handled the service. He should agree and listen to customers first, then reply to issues professionally, not just ask customers authorize some fee in advance in order to fix problems. As a customer service job, he should know basically that he must greet people when they come for service. I appreciate the manager of what he solved the issue that my car had. I hope Toyota in Thompson should consider this matter and give Mr. Khan a conversation in order to have a better service in the future. Thank you

Brian Woods Did not care about Customers. I came in at 2:30 p.m on Friday Oct 06, 2017, half hour earlier than my appointment at 3:00 p.m. Brian Woods told me that the service would be done about one and half hour. I sat in the waiting area, and I saw him disappear from his station after that. At 4:00 p.m I began looking for him at his desk, of course he was not there. I was looking for him three times in the interval of 10 minutes,while I saw my car had been done through his desk window. Finally ,my patience has the limit then I talked to other representatives that my car has been done and no sign of Brian Woods. Two others representatives helped me . They would be on Toyota record. I thanked to those two, and disappoint with the way that Piercey Toyota Service,

Jason was very polite and helpful. The only reason I was not satisfied is the amount of time it took to analyze the problem and determine what needed to be done. This took an hour and a half. Parts needed to be ordered, so no work was done. I have to come back when the parts are available to have the work done.
