Why on earth do the service people need to adjust the seat to their comfort? They drove the car for less than a minute. Do they really need to be super comfortable for that minute? I'm a standard sized guy, so my seat position wasn't so weird that it would be unsafe for them to drive it just like it is. They didn't move it very much, but they shouldn't move it at all! Maybe they wouldn't be super comfortable for the 60 seconds they are in the car, but at least I wouldn't need to fix it when I get the car back. They also left a paper mat in the car, and they turned off my automatic lights. That always annoys the crap out of me. Put the car back the way you found it! If the lights were set to auto, put them back to auto! It's easy to end up driving unsafely without lights by the time you realize that your lights aren't coming on like they always do.

Samuel is not sincere to serve when I turned down other services he was trying to sell. The service light is supposed to be reset as part os the standard oil change procedure and he even refused to make sure reset would be performed. My car is not even washed after service was done. So disappointed with his service.
