Jason is very professional. He has his own limitations as everyone else but in this business the main thing is “time”. He makes sure to get in touch with the customer and delivers what is promised. For whatever reason of delay, he communicates and I appreciate that so much. He listens to his customer’s concerns and gives his best knowledge abt the issue. He pays attention into minor details, given that the line is long or that he misses his break already. He prioritize the customer as much as he makes sure that we are satisfied and happy.
The issue abt my tacoma’s deffential recall has been trashed out all over forums that its been taking incredibly months and months of wait. I was ready for it. But to my surprised it only took a week. wow!
It does not matter if it would take months long for me, as long as Jason is your advisor, you are being attended to like how he wants to be treated if he is the customer. Thanks Jason Martinez!
Dealers should realize that people can always go anywhere to get the service, but the moment you put your customer first, then more business is coming in. I already sent my aunt, my cousins, my brother in law, now her wife needs a new car and is coming to Piercey. Keep it up!!

Came into the dealership because something wrong with one of my tire, the dashboard lights turned on. The problem was that the PSI for that tire goes down very quickly compared to the other tires, but the service didn’t find any nail when they should have been looking for a hole. All my other tires was at 45PSI (on purpose) so that I don’t have to pump them so often. When I got my car back, they put it down to 30. The dealership assumed my lights was on because the PSI were too high, which wasn’t true, so they set all my tires to 30 PSI.
There was just a lot of assumption about the problem with my car and wasn’t listening to what I had to say about the problem.
I am going to believe in the service and will wait a week to see if the tire PSI will go down quickly like what I told them. It already has decreased by a few PSI compared to my other tires...
Overall, very unsatisfy...

Our locking system hasn't been working in months. I work a lot but yesterday I took it in and wanted it to be fixed along with the oil change. The guy wouldn't unles I paid the diagnostic which was almost $200. So I asked him since I have the warranty will it cover to fix the locking system. He said he doesn't know until he submits the paperwork. I have bought two cars from Toyota and know that's not true! I got the oil change and that was it, highly dissatisfied with the customer service I got!

Service technicians seem to be more impatient with each visit I have. Also the check in clerks have been borderline rude. While I understand the need to be efficient with time, it is my belief for good a good customer experience staffing should take their time with their customers as opposed to trying to get them out the door.
In addition billing issues have created a negative experience as I was told one thing for that to be the opposite case indicitating that there is no communication between all levels within the department.
My satisfaction is based solely on the fact that my repairs were completed and I have a working car again.
