Don’t appreciate this place at all always having problems with a car I bought here bring to to service and they just want my money before fixing the problem I get ima girl but I know when my car isn’t acting right when I’m the one driving it. I got my transmission done and they didn’t even check to make sure the fluids were filled… but you guys sure did charge me..

Upon purchase of the vehicle. I added oil changes for the duration of the vehicle and this time it was denied because I did not have the contract to show proof of this. I asked the representative Ulisis to look for it in your records and he said it couldn’t be done now. I have looked for the contract and have not found it yet. I will keep looking for it. I AM REQUESTING AS I DID TO THE REP. AND MANAGER TO REQUEST THE INFO FROM YOUR RECORDS AS PROOF BY 6 WEEKS I WILL FIND MY RECORDS ALSO AND EXPECT A REFUND AS STATES AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
