Even though my car was not ordinary for the average person Brandon took my instructions on the things that made it different and was able to get the recall taken care of. No complaining or attitude detected. Just solid customer service.

Ulises continued to perform at the highest level of efficiency compared with the dozens of service representatives that I have dealt with over my past 60 years as an owner of many cars purchased from many dealerships in Tennessee, Georgia, Ohio, and California. This afternoon I had the pleasure of meeting with Mike, our service manager. I shared with him my accolades for Ulises and my concern about a different employee. I was very satisfied with Mike’s interactive dialogue with me.
The only thing that I didn’t like was the two times that my shin was bruised by the wooden shelf which is outside the door to Mike’s office. I was disappointed with myself in that the pain I suffered immediately prior to entering his office should have caused me to avoid a second encounter with the same black wooden board upon exiting Mike’s office. Ouch! and Ouch!

I made an appointment to get my car serviced on Monday of last week at 3:30. I arrived to my appointment on time and I was asked if I was going to be waiting in the waiting area, to which I responded yes. I asked how long it would be and I was told about an hour and 15 minutes which I was fine with. I was waiting and the last time I had gone to get my car serviced, I waited about 2-3 hours so I just thought that they were really busy and didn’t think to go ask about my car until I reached the 2.5 hour mark. At this point, it was 6:10 pm and I asked how much longer until my car was going to be ready, and one of the workers stated that everyone had already gone home, that everyone leaves at 6pm. I come to find out no one had worked on my car and my car was just parked in the back. No one came to communicate with me to tell me my car would not be worked on today and had I not gotten up to ask, I don’t know how much longer I would have been waiting. The lack of follow up and communication made this a horrible experience.
