I have been a customer for many years and on more than one occasion the mechanics have chosen not to do the job that was ordered . I am not happy with the service and if your mechanic(s) are not going to do what there supposed to do than why? This is not acceptable and something needs to be done.

I had questions regarding previous brake replacement in April and the cause of failure for the caliper and new brakes at the Hemet Service Center. This was not answered by the representative when I collected the car and was told to talk to the Temecula Honda Service Center who did the initial replacement. I expected the Honda Service Center to clarify this as both locations are under the same company. Reason for caliper failure was not documented or well explained to determine if the caliper damaged the brake pads or if the brake pads damaged the caliper.
The agent who gave me the keys to the car back on Saturday seemed to not want to do anything with my questions and just seemed to want to wash her hands from my concerns.
Service in general could have been friendlier.
