I went in for a oil and 4 tire change , was roughly estimated around 2hrs which was fine , been taking my car to Honda for sometime, when i got in my car after service i was about to leave and pick up my daughter i was setting my gps up then one of the parking mechanics comes up front and throws his hands up , rudely rushing me to hurry up , i felt unsafe and left quickly , never happened to me but , when leaving my tpms light came on and my departure setup steered me almost to the wrong side of the road , i immediately turned back around , and was trying to get help , seems no one was really interested in my safety then finally got help after 30 minutes, missing caps on my new tires i purchased and serviced fit for almost 1,000 , never had issues with service, but today i did not feel like a valued customer especially the money i put into the service, very hurtful and hope this gets addressed, i wanted to take my daughter to get her first vehicle but now i think i might take my business elsewhere, hope nobody else experiences this service and feel uncomfortable

I think organizing the pick up lot can be better. My car was behind 2 vehicles that were parked. Another car with a gentleman talking on my right. I was ready to go but no way out.
