I was told that my car needed tire rotation, I told your service technician that last week they had done this at another service center. I noticed your employee was upset. And he told me that next time I would have to do a different service on my car in order to continue receiving free oil changes. I was told when I purchased my vehicle that as long as I was still financing my car oil changes would be free. This is the first time I've been told this by any of your employees. I want to know why?

First I will say that Mike did an outstanding job communicating with me, he emailed, and called me when needed even setting me up with a car rental.
Also the window replacement was done correctly and I don’t have any complaint.
My problem is that my IPhone charger has gone missing, and before anyone says that maybe I took it out by accident or misplaced it, I will tell you that the charger has NEVER left the car it was purchased so I can charge the phone in the car in 6 months it has stayed there, always plugged in always in the center console.

We told them exactly what was wrong with the car and they checked it and found exactly that but could not fix it because they didn’t have the part. Wouldnn’t it have best to be up front and said, “if that is what is wrong we will be unable to fix it as we do not have part in stock.” So I paid $115 for finding out exactly what I knew from the start.
