The only thing that I wish that one of the technicians would have taken the time to have explain to me about the comments that were written down on the multipoint vehicle inspection form they were on the comments section some of them I couldn’t figure out the writing, but anyway I will go there next week and let them explain it all .

The service was great I found the entire charge for the tire rotation a bit ridiculous. The car has 9k miles. Not sure a tire rotation was warranted nor was it stated that There would be a $26 charge. The clerk never stated there would be a charge just asked me to sign in three places after I stated a tire rotation could be done if needed. A little shady in my opinion.

My recent visit to DV Honda was fine. The maintenance work was done as promised and completed on time. My only concern is that as a retiree, I'm not sure that I can afford the pricing of DV Honda services, which are significantly higher than what I paid for dealer services where I bought the car in Texas. I may have to find an independent mechanic for any future repairs and maintenance work!

On my vehicle inspection it was written well checked off in the red that my headlights back light and inside lights were not working. This was not true and it was brought to the service advisors attention he must have forgotten but my lights work just fine and have always worked just fine before I took it in to get it serviced by you guys

It just seems like everytime I come for service, there is a problem. I'm always asking why something wasn't done or saying ur needs to be done. I was there approximately 3 hours on my last appointment, and at the end, I still had to say, this was supposed to be fixed, what happend? And they took the car back and fixed it. I wish I could just use my free oil change at any dealer. Is this possible?

While the service was done as expected the wait time was longer than promised. I had an 11:30 appointment. When I arrived they told me my appointment was at 10:30 which I knew was not correct since I have a standing appointment every Tuesday from 10-10:40. I made the oil change appointment to occur after from 10:00 appointment was over. The service department did get me in and when I asked how long they said 1 hour 30 minutes. After 2 hours I went to check on my car and they were just lowering it out of the bay and going to wash it, which they did but really not the way it has been done in the past. While I had work to do with me, I would have asked for a ride home had I known it would take over 2 hours for an oil change and tire balance and rotation.
