The car evidently was ready at 10:28. I checked with the service dept. at 11:10,as I had been in the waiting room since 9:40am. When I got home I discovered they had E-mailed me at home that the car was ready......

I paid $150 for coolant service and my reserve is empty. I paid $137 for transmission service and it barely touches the lower dot. You did a multi point inspection and said you would fill all fluids. My power steering fluid is low. You say all the tread on my tires are the same. I have two new tires and two old tires. Some one is doing a half **** job.

I feel like I’m taken advantage of every time I come to diamond valley Honda. The employees talk to me like I’m stupid because I don’t know anything about cars. I want to be educated, not belittled. I had an appointment and yet I was there for over 2 hours until I finally got my car back from just an oil change. And I’m annoyed because every time I get my car serviced at this location, I get it back and something is wrong with it. This location replaced my battery a year ago and I’m already getting told it’s bad again. It’s always something.
