Service is alway good, appreciate that, but what bothered me is that the knowledge of your personal on what is patchable on a tire. I received this message, “ we found a nail in an non-patchable position. I would recommend replacing the tire”, I assumed it was not patchable and okayed the purchase of a new tire. When I arrived at the dealership and saw the tire I was surprised to see it could have been patch. I have taken the tire to Goodyear and they have agreed with me that it could have.. disappointing..

John King was very nice and helpful. He was great at keeping in contact with me throughout the process. However, the vehicle I was rented (loaner Honda Civic) was utterly disgusting inside. There was something sticky inside the center console. There was sand, dirt, gravel, and large white dog hairs all over the inside of the vehicle. And something slimy all over the gear shift. I called and was told by someone else (other than John King) that the car was that way because the washer was down. The washer shouldn’t have anything to do with the inside of the vehicle. I literally had to go to wal-mart and purchase interior cleaner to wipe down the inside enough to make it driveable. I also has to take time out of my work day to vacuum the inside as much as possible to make t tolerable. Unacceptable
