Vehicle dropped off 8-14-18 was promised vehicle by 4pm same day. Vehicle not completed until 8-22-18. Was told could not get a spring. I had to call, no one kept me involved until the last few days after I complained. Maybe you should not start a job if you don't have the parts and you should keep people advised so they don't have to call. After another part was ordered I was told twice it would be ready the next day. Very disappointed I was not compensated in some way

It was a 2 hour wait even with an appointment. I felt like the guy who helped me could of had a better attitude. The biggest problem I have is the fact I can't get anymore oil changes because I refused to do the recommended services. I need my air filter replaced which I am capable of doing myself but he told me it has to be performed with Honda.
