Customer service was horrible I have been noticing a grinding noise coming from the engine compartment coming from my 2017 Accord after a few visits to the service they finally determined the tires were defective and that Honda would pay 90/10 difference which I thought was outrageous because if they new the tires were defective why didn't they just change them then ??? but I agreed to pay for the tire swap in order to eliminate the possibility of a serious engine problems then I finally get it to the shop for the tire swap and oil change and they tell me I am now responsible for 50/50 of the tire. so now I'm looking at a possible bad engine due to the grinding ive been hearing and, plus defective tires that I am now responsible for paying for and still no actual conclusion to what that grinding noise coming from the engine still is. I would expect that any Honda dealership would have more respect for the customer and actually do what is right instead of sticking the customer with the bill at the last minute. I am not sure if this is a NHTSA recordable incident but I will make sure to fill out a complete report on their website overall this service department was completely off even on the bill it shows oil change 34.00 sumthing dollars when you go to pay 47.00 wait why does show regular oil then they charge me for synthetic.. at checkout ??? Not a good experience at all.

Took the day off work to bring my car in to get the carpet adjusted because it wasn’t in place and some other few things that needed to get fix When I came to pick up my car, it wasn’t even fixed. Also they left my car in gear which I never do. So not realizing that after turning on my car without my foot in clutch, my car had jump and hit the car in the front of me! Didn’t get what I came there fixed and now this. Left with frustration and complete undisfaction!

Joel was actually by far the best I've encountered in the service department since I've been with Honda. Professional, well-mannered, accommodating, and just overall genuine service.

This is the second time the cover underneath the car isnt secured and it drags. The first time i called to complain and was told it would be replaced and would be called when it came in. I was never called but i didnt push the issue since i tucked it under another flap so it wouldnt drag since the clips were broken. Im not going to tuck it in again.

The oil change & tire rotation seemed great. But we received a complimentary car wash. Something that i cherish as a person with handicaps. However I was surprised the inside front wasn't vacuumed. Also the windshield was dirty. I was told you only do the car wash. The gentleman before me had to have his given more attention because there was grease on his car, again. A customer service, complimentary or otherwise should be a good & satisfactory service. Thank-you for listening.
