Both my wife and myself heard likely a 3 times louder engine sound when accelerating after a simple oil change. We told our initial contact who had a technician ride with me to hear the sound. Once back it took about 5 minutes to locate and correct the problem. They washed the car, and we went to Polly's Pies. What more could I ask? Thank you.
