Yes I was. Jesse came out to me before I was able to get out of my car and helped by me with my service. He was very kind, quite charming, and very polite. He made the entire process quite easy to be quite honest and he calmed my nerves. He’s been one of the best employees to ever assist me at Diamond Valley Honda and for that I am very thankful.
