Customer service was just satisfactory. I was checking in on the status of my car and noticed it out front. I was a surprised that I did not get a text that servicewas completed. A part was needed and the service advisor stated it should be in by Tuesday; however he didn’t state if It would better to make an appointment or walk In. This information would have given me an idea of the installation wait time

John King was friendly, helpful, and got my vehicle what it needed, kept me updated. I stopped getting my car serviced at this location because of poor customer service issues. Ive been getting it serviced in temecula for almost the past year. But if the customer servoce keeps up like John, then ill keep coming back.
