It took almost 4 hours for the honda to call me for a simple tire swap, for a wheel I purchased from honda. I was told by joel that the job would be 2 hours max. When calling a honda rep, I was told someome will call me back 2-3 times and said Joel was on a lunch break. I would like to suggest when going to lunch to communicate with your associates so they can follow up with your customers.
