My only problem with this service this time was how long it took to service my car. The person helping was helpful but I do not understand why I even made an appointment if it was going to take almost 5 hours to service my car. I had an appointment at 12pm and dropped off my car. I called for an estimate time till my car was finished around 2:40 pm was placed on hold for 10mim and was told my car was being worked on. I decided to wait at the dealership around 3:40pm and got my car around 4:45pm even though I was told when I got there that my car was almost done. I normally wait at the dealership when I get service and for once I dropped off but if I had waited there I would have been stuck there for almost 5hrs which is ridiculous for an oil change and a rotation for tires.

I asked for a tire rotation after 6500 miles and I was not given a tire rotation. Why I do not know. If I ask for services they should be performed. I guess somehow danielle thought I was asking for a free service. No, not at all. I pay for all services rendered.
Moreover, the oil change took over 2 1/2 hours to perform. Not good.
Hey, I still need a tire rotation.
