They have poor staff communication. Joel is a good employee but one of their teamate seems doesnt want his job (Jessie). I left my car for services and he did not communicate or endorse important details of my car ,ended up my car just neglected for one day staying in their possession.When i followed up, no one knows wheres my car or what happened to my car. It was only kept just for nothini so I ended up wasting my money paying my one day rental car. I can show my receipt if needed. When I was there submitting my car and waiting for my key, jessie said that he will check my car if ready. So I ended up following him in the service room and founded that they were all eating pizza with the staff and i was like “Im waiting for my keys” then he apologized for what happen (jessie) but i was late already at work. He shiuld be given a “inservice” lecture of proper customer service
